Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy
At Acrosspk, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you receive a product with any issue, you can request an Exchange or Replacement.
Our own rider will visit your doorstep with the replacement product and collect the old product at the same time.
No need to visit any courier office or send the product yourself.
If you are not satisfied and want to Return the product, our rider will collect it from your doorstep.
Once the returned product is received and verified by us, the refund will be transferred to your account.
